The complimentary breakfast was awesome with a rich assortment of local dishes and western favorites. The hotel's location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city with excellent shopping and dining options just a stone's throw away. The icing on the cake was their free shuttle service to and from the airport, it saved me a ton of time and hassle.

The room's decor was a little outdated and could use some freshening up. , the housekeeping staff could pay more attention to detail as I found a few stray hairs on the bathroom floor.

The rooms, facilities , swimming pool the surroundings are dirty and not nice . I will not return to that hotel anymore. Also the food is not good.

booken in for 4 nights only stayed 1 but paid for the full stay. location not very nice. recomended not to go out at night. on map looks like next to sea. and one of the photos looks like its on the beach. but that was my fault as there is no mention of beach on the web site.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt in their responses to my reservation inquiries. The spacious and clean lobby immediately caught my attention, and the welcome drinks added a nice touch to the arrival experience.

I was highly satisfied with my stay and experienced no major issues or concerns.

Swimming pool was not clean. management put water and chips in room and later they charge for it. They should put note there about charges.

Actually the Comfort Hotel is a great place to stay. the room was clean and very big. There was a good restaurant and a pool. The hotel offers also a pub, a laundry service and some more. For us, it was okay for two nights but there is not much around to see.

Location of the hotel marked in Googlemaps is misleading - the hotel is far in the south, in the middle of nowhere. The breakfest is just not eatable.

The hotel had a fairly good location close to some tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and provided good service. During the Christmas period, the hotel had some nice holiday decorations.

The room was not clean and smelled musty. the towels were old and worn out.

Do not like. It promise to pick up us from the ferry station, but when we arrive, they said no pick up. The room is quite dirty. Location is far away from beach and all other views.

The service is very dissapointing. Very slow n not efficient service especially the waitres n waiter at comfort restAurant. Service really need to buck up
